HARLOT IN MN!!!

evie and i went off to see the harlot today, yea! i was going to have a mommy's night out, but yesterday i developed almost a case of mastitis. if you don't know what that is, you don't want to know and if you do, then you probably know how much it sucks. luckily evie knew what she needed to do and ate and ate and ate and ate and ate last night. i woke up feeling MUCH better and then i had today off for the harlot, so evie and i had lots of nursing time.

anyway, harlot time! party!

steph was hilarious as ever.

lots of knitters

lots of knitters!!!

karen, a nice knitter who was sitting next to us, teaching evie how to knit. :)

Ah, geez, I was hoping to meet all the bloggers I read, but that was probably a bit ambitious! It was fun, wasn't it?

Look at Evie staring profoundly at the Harlot. She is going to be a knitter, I can totally tell!!

I'm glad you beat the mastitis! I'm so glad the worst I've had in 4+ years of nursing is a plugged duct, mastitis sounds awful!

Last night was a blast. I'm glad you and Evie had fun :-)

Thanks for posting the pics - I was honored to be teaching Evie in the presence of the Harlot. Thanks for the seat and the company of both of you.

Cute photo of you, Evie and Harlot. I saw the line for photos/autographs and took pity on the poor woman. But I understand you got to go near the head of the line/yes? Cool!

So glad I got to help with your stash too. I am trying to figure out what to do with it, but that is my problem now, right? *grin*

I am glad parents got to go the start of the line - sometimes waiting can be murder! I was in the last group and, man, SPM looked tired by then.

If you are looking for a little distraction this weekend, come visit lazydaisyknits.blogspot.com. We have a Peeps Diorama Contest - like the Pioneer Press, only with yarn prizes - perhaps you could reproduce the Evie/Harlot photo with Peeps?
